Below are the terms and conditions that customers agree to accept when ordering cakes, cookies and biscuits or any other item from us.
Orders received before 10:00 will be processed that same day, orders received after 10:00 will be processed the following day. Please note that orders received after 10:00 Friday will not be processed until the following Monday. Please provide as much notice if you require a specific delivery date. We cannot deliver on Sundays or Public Holidays, and can only deliver to mainland UK addresses.
Your cakes or biscuits will be delivered via Royal Mail Special Delivery or Courier. Once your purchase from www.buycake.co.uk is in the hands of the carrier we have no control over the delivery process, so we recommend you choose a delivery date at least one day early to avoid disappointment in the unlikely event that there is a delay in delivery. If you have a specific delivery day in mind please do let us know at time of ordering.
It is the customers responsibility to ensure you have provided us with the correct delivery information and that someone is available to receive the box. We accept no liability if delivery is not made due to the recipient being unavailable. No refunds will be given in these circumstances. Items do need to be paid for before they will be sent.
We do our utmost to ensure that all our biscuits, cookies and cakes leave Cake and Cookie Heaven in perfect condition. In the unlikely event you are unhappy with our items please contact us within 24hrs of receiving the item. We will ask you to return them to us in their original packaging via recorded delivery so we can investigate the problem and rectify it, if practicable, or provide a refund.
Please note compensation will not exceed the original total paid for items. We require 24 hrs notice to cancel an existing order. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
We can include a hand written message card with your gift. This will be reproduced exactly as it is stated at the time of ordering.
Ingredients: At Cake and Cookie Heaven all cakes, cookies and biscuits are made freshly to order using the finest ingredients including, without limitation, Nielsen-Massey vanilla extract, Green and Blacks cocoa and free range eggs. Nuts are not used in the baked goods, but there are nuts in the Cake and Cookie Heaven kitchens so unfortunately we cannot guarantee that our cakes, cookies and biscuits are nut free. Sorry.
